A fan is suing Madonna because her concerts are TOO SEXY. (???) That’s not the only reason, but it’s in the complaint.
A guy named Justen Lipeles filed a class action lawsuit in California, claiming that Madonna and Live Nation tricked customers into buying “expensive tickets” by “purposely and deceptively” withholding information.
For instance: They didn’t tell concertgoers that her shows wouldn’t start on time. They also didn’t mention how “hot and uncomfortable” temperatures would be during the shows . . . or the fact that she would LIP-SYNC much of them.
Last, but not least, Lipeles says he and other fans were not informed that they would be subjected to, quote, “pornography without warning”, including topless women simulating sex acts.
The suit seeks unspecified damages for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress, unfair competition, and false advertising.
