A Perfect Circle‘s Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan hint at a potential new album, following the seven-year hiatus since their last release, 2018’s Eat the Elephant. In a new interview with Revolver that looks back at 25 years of A Perfect Circle, Howerdel and Keenan both discussed the possibility of a new album. Howerdel reveals that he has been creating new music that could be included on the upcoming APC album, with the guitarist sharing, “As I’m writing, sometimes I find myself [thinking], ‘Wow, I really like this, but man, this is fu**ing sinister.’” Keenan is balancing his work with APC, Tool, and Puscifer, but admits, “I’m sure that Billy’s got a folder of fun stuff for me to dig through. It’s all about timing.” A Perfect Circle are currently taking part in the “Sessanta V2.0 Tour” with Puscifer and Primus, which finishes on June 7 in Auburn, Washington. (Consequence of Sound)
