Salvador Plasencia, the owner of an urgent care clinic in Malibu, California, has agreed to plead guilty for supplying actor Matthew Perry with over 20 vials of ketamine, which contributed to his fatal overdose. Court documents reveal that Plasencia will face a recommended sentence of 15 to 21 months for four counts of distributing ketamine. This agreement makes him the fourth person to plead guilty in connection to Perry’s accidental death in 2023. Federal prosecutors filed a criminal case against Plasencia, highlighting instances where he administered ketamine to Perry despite adverse effects. The only defendant who has pleaded not guilty is Jasveen Sangha, known as the “Ketamine Queen.” Her trial is set to begin in August. (Hollywoodreporter)
