White Powder at State Capital Found to be Non-Hazardous

A powder found in mail at the Illinois State Capitol on Friday afternoon was determined to be non-hazardous, although authorities secured the Stratton Building’s seventh floor as they investigated. Normal operations resumed at about 4 p.m.
