A judge has denied pretrial release for a 57-year-old Springfield man charged with first-degree murder.
Robert Lee Jr. remains in the Sangamon County Jail after his arrest on Wednesday for the murder of 54-year-old Teresa Coleman of Springfield.
Her body was found near the southbound Stevenson Drive ramp to Interstate 55 in March of 2024.
Lee’s next court hearing is scheduled for August 4.
