High school football is almost here—and this year, Woodward CommunityMedia is going bigger than ever before! With 31 regular season games on the broadcast schedule, we’re bringing fans across Central Illinois the most comprehensive coverage yet.
We’re proud to present full-season broadcasts for three powerhouse programs:
- Sacred Heart-Griffin
- Rochester
- Glenwood
The season kicks off Thursday, August 28th, as Springfield travels to Champaign for a 6:00 PM showdown. Catch all the action live on Sports Radio 92.3 FM / 1450 AM and streaming, the Sports Radio stream on the website and the app.
You’ll be able to hear all of the games we broadcast on either Sports Radio 92.3 FM/1450AM, 97.7 FM WMAY, or 970 AM WMAY. While normally WMAY simulcasts on both 97.7 FM and 970 AM, during the football season, sometimes you’ll hear one game on the FM and a different game on the AM. When that happens, you’ll also be able to listen to each game via the stream on 97.7 FM and 970 AM.
