Ted Dabrowski a former banker and former president of the policy and commentary organization Wirepoints has announced that he will be running for Governor of Illinois.
Dabrowski made the announcement at a campaign kickoff event on Friday. The event which was conducted via Facebook live did not feature Dabrowski taking any questions.
Dabrowski did however state that his running mate will be Dr. Carrie Mendoza, a Chicago area emergency room physician. Dabrowski will be looking to secure the Republican nomination and defeat incumbent JB Pritzker in the 2026 election.
