Members of the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office are wearing pink patches this month as part of the Pink Patch Program in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Throughout October, the Sheriff’s Office is offering collectible patches and challenge coins, priced at ten and fifteen dollars respectively, with two-dollar shipping and handling.
All proceeds from the sales will be donated at the end of the month to support breast cancer treatment.
