If none of this stuff is on your October to-do list, you’re officially a Halloween HATER.
A new poll looked at the top fall or Halloween activities we’ll take part in this year. And #1 makes sense, because you don’t even have to leave the couch.
1. Watch a scary movie. 48% said they’ll definitely watch at least one.
2. Consume pumpkin-flavored foods or drinks, 46%
3. Display Halloween decorations, 43%
4. Hand out candy on Halloween. 39% definitely will. Another 11% said maybe.
5. Carve a pumpkin, 30%
6. Visit a pumpkin patch, 27%
7. Attend a Halloween party, 26%
8. Wear a costume. Only 25% definitely plan to dress up. Another 13% might.
9. Take a child trick-or-treating, 23%
10. Play a trick on someone, 17%. That might include jump-scare Halloween props . . . or just an old-school toilet-papering of your enemy’s house.
Hayrides just missed the Top 10 at 15%. And 13% said they’ll definitely hit up a haunted house this year.
