It was a short day at the Peoria County Courthouse on Tuesday as both sides of the Sean Grayson case discussed possible witness testimony.
After an hour of back and forth both sides agreed to keep their motions “reserved” – meaning, they could be dealt with again when the witnesses actually take the stand.
Opening statements in the trial are scheduled for Wednesday morning at 9a
