Attorneys for Peggy Finley, one of the two Springfield EMS workers charged in the death of Earl Moore Jr, plan to file new motions after the sentencing of Peter Cadigan on Tuesday.
Cadigan who pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in April is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday. Finley’s attorneys are waiting to see how that sentencing goes before filing new motions in Finley’s case.
Finley’s next scheduled court appearance is August 24th.
