A scary situation yesterday evening at a longstanding Springfield restaurant as a vehicle ran into a building near Krekel’s on North Grand.
Grandview police arrived on the scene shortly after the incident occurred. Pedestrians in the area ran over to the vehicle to help.
The reason for the event is still under investigation.
According to a post on Krekel’s Facebook page the incident did cause them to close early but none of their employees were hurt.
