A Springfield man is charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking for allegedly attacking an Uber driver last month.
Springfield Police reported on Monday that 24-year-old Hezekiah Glenn was arrested on a warrant last week.
Police were called to Durkin Drive and Lawrence Avenue on November 11 where the driver said Glenn attacked him with a sharp-edged object and stole his vehicle.
Glenn is in the Sangamon County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
