A two-story home on Springfield’s north side was damaged by fire early Monday morning.
Springfield firefighters were called after 3:30a to the 1100 block of North 4th Street where fire started on the home’s exterior and extended into the walls.
Firefighters were on the scene for about two hours.
No injuries were reported.
