By Greg Halbleib Jan 22, 2026 | 5:26 AM

Rochester school officials and residents cut the ribbon Wednesday on a new science wing at the high school.

Ground was broken in November 2024 on the 13.6-million-dollar project.

Funding was through a one-percent county sales tax.

The district said the wing includes five state-of-the-art science labs, three renovated learning spaces, a student services and nurse suite and a commons area.
