A Chatham man has been arrested on preliminary charges of grooming, possession and production of child sex abuse material and non-consensual dissemination of a sexual image.
Bryan Hatcher, 22, was arrested at his Mobile Home on Monday.
During the arrest Hatcher admitted he had exchanged sexual images with a 15-year-old girl, that he was aware of her age and that they discussed meeting each other.
He was arraigned on Tuesday, and he was released from custody with conditions, including GPS monitoring.
He is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on June 25th.
