State Rep. Carol Ammons has been indicted on federal charges alleging wire fraud, witness tampering and lying to the FBI.
Ammons who has been a State Rep for the 103rd district since 2015 has been alleged to have used donations and contributions to her campaigns for personal use as well as lying to FBI investigators about the alleged campaign funds abuse.
Ammons is facing 12 counts in total.
