A two-day Illinois State Police operation in June focused on human trafficking has resulted in the arrests of two Springfield men.
ISP reported on Thursday that 74-year-old Robert Stengel and and 24-year-old Lucas Barria were charged with traveling to meet a minor. Barria was also charged with indecent solicitation of a minor and solicitation to meet a child.
