Several residents near Waverly and Virden who live near the site of a proposed data center have filed a lawsuit challenging the Sangamon County Board’s approval of a conditional use zoning permit to Dallas-based Cyrus One for the facility.
The lawsuit filed this week names the county board, Sangamon County and C1 Sangamon, a holding company with the same address as Cyrus One. No court date was listed.
