A Sangamon County man who was granted pretrial release after being arrested and charged with grooming, possessing child pornography and sharing a sexual video without consent has been arrested again on new charges.
Authorities say Bryan Hatcher, 22, was arrested on July 17th and has been charged with new charges including soliciting child pornography and sending harmful material to someone under 18.
He was denied pretrial this time around and is due back in court on Thursday.
