Early Monday evening, emergency crews responded to an apparent collision between a semi and a pickup truck along Route 104, at the entrance of the Scoular grain facility east of Waverly. Shortly thereafter, law enforcement including ISP, firefighters from Auburn and EMT’s were on scene. At around 5:25 PM an emergency helicopter landed to reportedly evacuate the driver of the pickup truck.
Further information is pending release by authorities. Motorists should seek alternate routes to avoid the scene of the accident.
