A longtime Springfield auto dealership has unveiled its expanded and renovated facilties. Friendly Honda held a grand re-opening of the new showroom and service area on Prairie Crossing Drive on Thursday afternoon.
Friendly Automotive dealer-operator Susan Langheim said the sales and service areas have been modernized.
The renovation followed a similar project next door at Friendly Chevrolet.
Langheim’s father John Schroeder founded the dealership in 1980, and her daughter Courtney Harby joined Friendly in 2018 as the family’s third generation in the business.
