Sangamon County Coroner Jim Allmon has identified a man who died in a two-car accident near the intersection of North 11th & East Madison Street in Springfield on October 11th around 3:00am.
Sean Clark, 21, of Athens was a passenger in one of the vehicles and was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy confirmed that Clark died from blunt force injuries sustained in the crash. Clark’s death remains under investigation by the Sangamon County Coroner’s Office.
