Get your running shoes on because registration for the 2027 Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon opens Nov. 1.
The race, which will be run on April 10, 2027 begins and ends at the Old State Capitol.
The 13.1-mile, USATF-certified course will pass historic landmarks including the Lincoln-Herndon Law Offices, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Oak Ridge Cemetery and Lincoln’s Tomb, Lincoln Park and Union Station near the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.
The race is organized by the Springfield Road Runner Club.
