Wet Nose Wednesday: Tibby

By John Spalding Mar 8, 2023 | 10:20 AM

Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week just can’t catch a break. This calm and beautiful girl needs your help to start a new life.

You may remember Tibby. She was our Wet Nose Wednesday star a few months ago. Tibby was surrendered by her owner on October 24th and she’s been waiting patiently in her kennel since then to meet her new family. Tibby is a pleasure to walk and spend time with outdoors. She’s an easy going girl who loves her people. Tibby was recently adopted and we were all so happy for her, however; she was returned to SCAC because she didn’t get along with the cat in the house. It really would be best for Tibby to be the only pet in the home. That way she can soak up all the love and attention.
Are you looking to add a first dog to your family? Please come out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center to meet Tibby. Our kennels are still full of wonderful pets looking for loving homes. They would love to meet you Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 10:30-12:45.
Thanks to The Villas Senior Care Community in Sherman for sponsoring Wet Nose Wednesday!
