Wet Nose Wednesday: Adonis

By John Spalding May 3, 2023 | 10:30 AM

Dogs end up at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center for all kinds of reasons. Some come in as strays, some are surrendered by their owners and some come from sad circumstances. Whatever  the reason a dog is brought to SCACAC it is always our hope and our goal to help that dog find a loving home and a better life.

Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week came from an unfortunate circumstance. Adonis was brought to SCACAC as a police confiscation on February 12th. This nice boy is about a year old. He’s a big strong guy, ready to go for walks and love on his new family. Adonis is looking for a kind and loving owner who will give him a fresh start and a wonderful new life. Are you that person?
The kennels at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center are full of dogs who need a second chance and a fresh start. Please consider opening your heart and home to a new friend. Come on out and meet them Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 10:30-12:45.
Thanks to Simply CBD in Junction Circle for sponsoring Wet Nose Wednesday!
