Lee Brice has released a new track, called “Hey World,” which he co-wrote in late March in response to the pressures of the current COVID-19 health crisis. On Friday (May 15th), he released a video for the song, which was filmed at his home in Nashville.
Lee said, “We wrote this song from an introspective, truthful place and probably what most people are actually feeling right now. With everything that is happening in the world currently and how fast paced we are as a society in general, sometimes you just want everything to stop – just to appreciate what we do have. People are suffering and it can't be ignored.”
The track follows Lee's recently released radio single, “One of Them Girls,” from his upcoming album due out later this year.
