Boy George To Join Broadway Cast Of ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’

Culture Club frontman Boy George will return to Broadway, starring as Harold Zidler in Moulin Rouge! The Musical from February 6th through May 12th, 2024. Tituss Burgess is currently in the role through next month. Zidler is the owner of the Moulin Rouge night club, and serves as the emcee of the show. The last time Boy George appeared on Broadway — over 20 years ago — was Taboo, another famous musical about a night club. Moulin Rouge! The Musical is based on Baz Luhrmann’s iconic 2001 film and features a variety of pop hits like “Single Ladies,” “Every Breath You Take,” and “Lady Marmalade.”
