Snoop Dogg Announces That He’s ‘Decided To Give Up Smoke’

Snoop Dogg has apparently decided to quit smoking. “After much consideration and conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke,” he wrote on Instagram. “Please respect my privacy at this time.” The statement was written on a solemn black-and-white photo, with a signature, and left fans wondering if it was some kind of joke. “I’m waiting for the plot twist,” one person wrote on social media. “Two days from now he’s going to say his account got hacked,” said another. The iconic weed enthusiast, who has his own cannabis brand called Leafs By Snoop, also briefly stopped smoking around 2002 but the change didn't last. Just last week he posted an Instagram photo of an ashtray loaded with the remains of blunts. Still, he said earlier this year that he’s cut back since becoming a grandfather.
