If you want the season to be merry and bright, there are some gifts you should avoid giving the woman in your life, according to gift expert “The Gift Girl.” As she shares on TikTok, there are three gifts you should never give a woman (unless she specifically asks for them). They are:
- Household cleaning supplies. “If it can be perceived as a chore, this definitely sends the wrong message. Gifts are supposed to be happy,” she says.
- A scale, supplements, weight loss or weight gain products. “This could be taken as downright offensive. And I know what you’re thinking. ‘Who does this?’ According to the comments in my other videos, way more than you think,” she says.
- Anti-aging skincare products. “Don’t get me wrong, I love a good skincare regimen, and I think there’s a place for that, but anti-aging specifically sends the wrong message,” she says.
