Justin Timberlake was arrested for drunk driving in the Hamptons early yesterday morning.
Police pulled him over at around 12:30 a.m., because he ran a stop sign in his 2025 BMW, and was weaving in and out of his lane. He was held until his arraignment at 9:30 a.m.
He was released without bail, and is expected back in court July 26th.
He told police he just had one martini, but they say, quote, “His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech . . .
“He was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.” He also refused to take a breathalyzer. (You can see Justin’s bloodshot and glossy eyes in his mugshot.)
According to the “New York Post“, Justin was leaving a hotel bar where witnesses say he was WASTED.
And during the stop, he allegedly said, quote, “This is going to ruin the tour.” He’s scheduled to play the United Center in Chicago this weekend.
Justin’s wife Jessica Biel wasn’t too far away while Justin was getting pinched. She’s shooting a new TV series in Manhattan.
