Many Americans are frustrated with where they are financially . . . but apparently, a big chunk of the country has a plan for that. And maybe they’re in the process of trying to get on “Shark Tank”?
In a new poll, one in three Americans (33%) say they believe they have an idea that “could one day make them wealthy.” These are plans like a business idea, a blockbuster movie script concept, or a hot stock tip.
And even if that doesn’t pan out, 19% of people have a “feeling in their bones” that they’ll one day win big on the lottery.
Men are more likely than women to feel confident that they’ll “strike it rich” one day. That’s 39% of men versus 26% of women.
And 26% of those who have a big plan think they’ve come up with a game-changing idea or product that’s never been done before.
