Guys like to act tough. But put on an inspiring sports or war movie, and they turn into a puddle: 82% of Americans have CRIED during a movie, according to a new poll. Including 91% of women and 71% of men.
People in the South are the most likely to cry during a movie, where 85% said they do it. The Midwest was next at 83%, then the Northeast at 80%. And people out west were the least likely to say they cry at movies, with just 75%.
One more weird stat from the survey: 2% of people said the question didn’t apply, because they don’t watch movies.
