You’ve seen the memes joking about what July might bring for 2020 since every month seems to have something new… Here’s that something new.

Locusts!

A biblical-level swarm is plaguing Africa and South East Asia. In just one day, the bugs can cover a hundred miles and eat their weight in food! The swarms are so big, clouds of them actually darken the sky and can be picked up by weather radar. They’re worried the locusts will eat everything in their path, and cause massive food shortages.
