Jacksonville nursing home records 16th virus-related death

A 77-year-old woman Tuesday became the 16th resident of Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center infected with COVID-19 to die, officials said.She died while at St. John’s Hospital, according to Morgan County Coroner Marcy Patterson.Ken Hunter, spokesman for the home, said there have been 61 residents and 22 staff members who have tested positive for the virus.Morgan County officials Monday also reported that 12 more inmates at […]
