Decision reversed, Sangamon County to install drop boxes for mail-in ballots

Sangamon County Clerk Don Gray said Wednesday that the county will install two ballot drop boxes, providing video-monitored places that people can deliver mail-in ballots any time of day or night without postage.One box is planned for the south side of the Sangamon County Complex, along Monroe Street east of 9th Street.
