A new week of Artist Spotlights kicked off today with Acres and their new single, “Push Me Away.” The track features guest vocals from Landon Tewers of The Plot In You.
Here is what the band had to share about the song:
“‘Push Me Away’ is almost like a confession of self-doubt, a reflection on feeling like you’re the weight holding someone back, and believing they’d be better off without you. When we wrote this in the studio, we instantly knew this was the song we wanted to have a feature on and we honestly couldn’t think of anyone better than Landon. We’re so grateful he wanted to be part of this!”
The song is on the upcoming complete version of their album “The Host” which will be out September 26th. You’ll hear “Push Me Away” again today at 130 & 730 PM.
