The Chatham Police Department have released this statement:
At approximately 12:00 pm today, October 2nd, 2025 the subject of a missing/endangered person search, Nathaniel Urbanski, was located deceased in a wooded area just north of Chatham.
We would like to thank all of the first responders, outside agencies, and volunteers that assisted with the efforts to locate Nathaniel. More information/details will be released from the Sangamon County Coroner’s Office at a later time.
