The Republican from Murrayville told WMAY’s Patrick Pfingsten on PM Springfield that all residents are feeling pressure from higher power bills.
Davidsmeyer said over-aggressive clean energy policies in Illinois intended to shut down coal-fired and other forms of power generation are largely to blame for the increases passed on to residents and businesses.
