A Chatham man is in custody following a burglary that resulted in the theft of thousands of dollars in sports trading cards from a Springfield business.
The arrest stems from a December 4th incident where two male suspects forced entry into 217 Comics, Cards, and Games, located in the 1800 block of Stevenson Drive and stole approximately $20,000 in sports trading cards.
Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office detectives identified one of the suspects as Tyler Hulcher, 34, of Chatham.
The investigation remains ongoing as detectives work to identify the second suspect involved in the burglary
