The Save-A-Lot at 2520 Clear Lake Ave in Springfield has announced on social media that it will be permanently closing as of 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
No reason has been given for the closure, but the store thanked its customers.
There is also no word on how many people will be losing their jobs.
