Robyn released two new songs on Jan. 7, tying them to the announcement of a new album titled “Sexistential.” The tracks are “Talk to Me” and “Sexistential.”
The news marks her next full-length release since “Honey” in 2018, after several years where her output focused more on singles and select features than a standard album cycle. “Sexistential” is scheduled to arrive March 27 via Young. The nine-song tracklist includes “Really Real,” “Blow My Mind,” “Sucker for Love,” “Light Up,” and “Into the Sun,” alongside the songs already out.
“Talk to Me” lists Max Martin as a co-writer, and the title track credits Klas Åhlund. The names connect the project to the Swedish pop world Robyn has dipped into across different phases of her catalog, from the big hooks of “Body Talk” to the more spacious club palette of “Honey.”
For visuals, “Talk to Me” comes with a Casper Sejersen-directed video. The title track is paired with a lyric-centered visual.
