A Palmyra man is charged with allegedly possessing and sending child pornography.
The Illinois Attorney General’s office said 34-year-old Bradley Upton is also charged in Macoupin County with possession of methamphetamine.
Investigators reported finding materials during a search of his residence. Upton is in the Macoupin County Jail. His next court date is January 20th.
