Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski said she’s pleased with steps taken by management of the Sangamon Towers apartments to address residents’ and caregivers’ complaints about living conditions.
Budzinski said she contacted the Department of Housing and Urban Development after receiving complaints of poor security, elevator breakdowns, and unsanitary conditions.
Budzinski said Pacific Management has taken steps to correct the problems, including institution of 24-hour security.
