Three Springfield men who were at the scene of an officer-involved shooting last month have been indicted by a Sangamon County grand jury.

Several counts of unlawful possession of a weapon were filed against 23-year-old Malik Allison, 22-year-old Makai Allison and 23-year-old Kozzie Williams.

Malik Allison was also charged with unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, and Williams was also charged with unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle.

Springfield Police said four people exited a vehicle on January 10 on Neil Road in Devereaux Heights.

One person was struck by gunfire.

The Allisons and Williams pleaded not guilty and remain in the Sangamon County Jail.
