On Saturday, March 7th, AgeLinc held its 5th Annual Mardi Gras Masquerade Gala at the Crowne Plaza. The event was sold out and brought community members together to support AgeLinc’s ongoing services for older adults in Central Illinois.

Woodward Community Media served as the Entertainment Sponsor, and 104.5 WFMB’s John Spalding was the emcee for the evening.

Funds raised will help older adults with one-time emergency needs, including housing, utilities, prescriptions, and groceries. These services provide immediate support for individuals facing urgent situations.

Scott Linde, Assistant Director of the Area Agency on Aging for Lincolnland, shared his appreciation:

“Another successful AgeLinc Mardi Gras fundraising gala is in the books! Thanks for all who attended and all of our amazing sponsors.”
