A lot of people would LOVE the superpower of being able to FREEZE TIME: So they could get more stuff done . . . or just to sit on their couch doing nothing, for once. But what about robbing a liquor store? (???)
A random poll asked, “If you could freeze time would you do anything illegal?”
And surprisingly, 86% of people said YES they would . . . 13% would NOT.
The poll did note that “minor crimes don’t count.” (It’s unclear what counts as “minor.” Is it cutting to the front of a long line . . . having a dog off leash . . . or jaywalking or something?)
In the comments, people joyously talked about never paying for groceries . . . robbing from big businesses . . . becoming a poker shark . . . trespassing for the sake of anonymous investigative reporting . . . AND – “Switching the clothes on two people” (???) One person said, “Is stopping time every morning to sleep more illegal?”
