A jury has been selected to hear the second trial against a 24-year-old Lincoln woman charged in connection with the death of a 1-year-old girl in 2022.
Cierra Coker faces four first-degree murder charges for the death of her boyfriend’s daughter Sophia Davis.
Coker is also charged with aggravated battery.
The first trial in August 2025 resulted in a mistrial when the jury deadlocked.
