Meet Our Latest Friend
The Morning Routine was joined by two incredible members of our Springfield Community. Strong communities are built by people who dedicate their time, talent, and passion to helping others. At Family Service Center of Sangamon County, two individuals who exemplify that commitment are Karen Cox and Jeff Dillman.
Karen Cox serves as the Executive Director of Family Service Center, where she leads efforts to support children and families through foster care, adoption services, and counseling programs. With a background in social work and years of experience serving vulnerable populations, Cox is committed to creating safe, supportive environments where families can thrive.
Jeff Dillman serves in a leadership role on the organization’s Board of Directors and has been recognized for his dedication to the Family Service Center’s mission. As Board President, he helps guide the organization’s strategic direction and supports initiatives that strengthen families throughout Central Illinois, he oversees the staffing, buildings and grounds issues, and helps guide the board of directors to be able to accomplish all the thing they need.
Together, Cox and Dillman represent the heart of Family Service Center’s work: a shared commitment to improving lives and creating opportunities for children and families. Their leadership continues to make a meaningful impact across the community, helping ensure that those in need receive the support and care they deserve. Karen Cox and Jeff Dillman demonstrate how dedicated community leaders can make a lasting difference, one family at a time.
