City Water, Light and Power Chief Utility Engineer Scott Rogers told the Springfield City Council on Tuesday that the utility is evaluating bids to help conduct the utility’s long-awaited new Integrated Resource Plan.
Rogers told the council during Tuesday’s Committee of the Whole meeting that community feedback will be a critical element of the process
